Second Nature Festival
Fancy a holiday, sun, relaxation and scenery? The whole not too far from home and within range of the TGV? Find out when your second nature! Aix-en-Provence welcomes this year a new festival Second Nature, whose programming feels much more than lavender.
From 2 to 12 June next, you can admire exhibitions but also many multimedia performance, music, and film of all kinds in the beautiful city of Cezanne. The two closing night of the festival (Friday 11 and Saturday, June 12) ahead particularly promising.
Initially, the Friday broadcast of a remarkable parallel with video works (including the amazing "Animals, The Movie" from Swedish Minilogue released on Cocoon ), Aix-en Provence resonate with the sounds of dubstep heavily informed wonders German Moderat (Apparat + Modeselektor ) accompanied by their gifted videographers Pfadfinderei. The vibrations of the scientific-experimental avantgarde dear to Raster-Noton will proudly defended by Ryoji Ikeda facilities and Carsten Nicolai (aka Alva Noto ). Excellence syncopated electronica of Architeq and voices of pop-mutant Anything and Maria Andromakers greatly to invite musings the most decadent. Finally the crazy disco Black Devil Disco Club will shake the fleas remaining skeptics.
Secondly, the evening of Saturday will be even more magic of hypnosis with bombastic sound pioneers Moritz Von Oswald Trio , techno high-ranking with the ghost of modern times Redshape A highly visual live and beautifully performed by the collective dream Visomat Inc. for Pantha du Prince and pop in any electronic madness with the group of extravagant Matias Aguayo .
