Bitchee Bitchee Ya Ya Ya
Bitchee Bitchee Ya Ya Ya - The Anthem
Bitchee Bitchee Ya Ya Ya - Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Yeah
Sometimes it appears that things have forged our musical culture, associated with many experiences and memories. Things that would be wrong to be tempted to renege now.
That may be the case Bitchee Bitchee Ya Ya Ya , a French group that never released an album, just an EP on Kitsuné in 2007 with remixes without truly great interest Yuksek & Brodinski (this will really put forward the original and will pass into the background, unfortunately) and CSS , a kind of zenith of their careers. BBYYY yet carried out a dozen tiny pieces in the open era of explosion of blogs. I find that this group had some talent, efficiency enhanced with rock sounds 8-bit (before the explosion Crystal Castle) and words into texts entirely dispensable, but the votes needed. Seen live in the lobby of the Maison de la Culture d'Amiens, it was really nice, a good concert.
A group almost disappeared (their last track will not make them come back from beyond the grave) I advise you of (re) listen during this sunny, the kind of sound rather welcome!

IN GRASS FESTIVAL 2010 in Besançon ZIK!
Here, we will offer you two pass for the evening electro. Take this opportunity to discover this beautiful city alive and well. I would go back to Besançon in a future post, trying to offer an overview of what is done in terms of electronic music. If you need accommodation, please email us we will fix it, personally I get there. I also remind you that TGV is that at 2:30 in Paris, and carpool to less than 30 euros A / R So go ahead. (Sounds like a commercial station).
Dave Clarke will also be there, we do not have this uncle (grandpa?) techno. The English runs tirelessly for 10 years and knows his business: the mix and techno. He has one foot on Initial Cuts and one hand on White Noise:
When you're told to The Killing we like the province, and it bah persists and signs! Since today we save you two pass for the evening of electro Thursday, May 13, 2010 of this famous festival which is the Zik of Grass in Besançon (25): Marc Romboy (Systematic Records), Dave Clarke ( White Noise) and The Hacker (Goodlife) will be participating.
Then the grass zik what is it? That is, for the wink The Beuz in His. You understand? Besac yes to (as they say over there) it's funny. Very elsewhere. At the point of having lunch at the Louis XIV. This great Dadet built a huge citadel (via @ Vauban ) overlooking the city. But Spain then made war on France, Franche Comté whole (happy to no longer be under the yoke of the Sun King) falls into the hands of the Spaniards. This is obviously not the opinion of Louis XIV which cons-attack and finally back to the citadel, however, supported by the English Besançon (those who live in this city), which fail to kill the king (imagine if they were successful) who had come to headquarters. Ironically, the Franche-Comte, finally attached to France will now bury traditionally face against the ground to avoid seeing the sun-king in their second life.
That's the story point, since Besançon is also a whole bunch of cheese, and this famous festival, but the base student who has professionalized and never compromise with sponsors of villains to the point of becoming the showcase "culture" of the city (or the spearhead to stay under warriors). The programming is eclectic and open without being too family. The offer is segmented to satisfy everyone, there are still over the years a pan "reggae / dub," another "electro", and "rock / metal" ... Can not ask for more.

Finally convince you a little rundown of monsters Presence:
Marc Romboy: indefatigable technoman, Marc Romboy Systematic sign in regularly Records (I think it's one of the spearheads of the label: hahaha) Discount Gui Boratto . He signed 3 years ago an excellent album "Gemini" based heavy bass and deep voice who drop big "House Ya" or "Body Jack" ...
From Old:
And brand new:

Finally The Hacker you all know, will live. He is known particularly through his duet with Miss Kittin , but the guy has his own productions Couillu.
Miss Kittin & The Hacker - Dimanche (Edit)
